How long does it take to process an order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags attached).
Start your return by contacting our support team at service@pomener.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns without an RA number or sent after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exclusions: Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable") and underwear/socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
