All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you’ll see a list of available destinations. International orders typically take 5–15 business days to arrive, depending on customs processing in your country.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags attached).

Start your return by contacting our support team at service@pomener.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns without an RA number or sent after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exclusions: Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable") and underwear/socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Our men’s clothing is available in sizes XS to XXXL, with detailed size charts for each product. To ensure the best fit:
